What a Shame: New Jersey Mother Arrested For Tanning 5 year old

A mother was arrested for taking her 5 year old daughter tanning. For one, 5 year old is way too young to be getting skinned tanned, and considered that's the mother above i think the child should be put in foster care.

Its just sad to see the mother in the picture above. I mean if you kids as dark as you or at closer to your burnt complexion she should have married a black man!!!!!
