Hate Crime or No Crime?

Trayvon Martin, one of many children that die everyday, but this particular death has been brought to our attention. But why did he die? Was it because of racism or was it really just self defense(bullshit)?

Shaye's Two Cents: I feel as though Zimmerman should go to jail, if not for a hate crime, which it was no matter what color Trayvon was, then for not following the directions of the dispatcher. That alone should be enough for there to be a trial. If he had followed directions then he would have never put himself in a situation that would have called for him to "defend" himself in such a way that resulted in a promising young boys death.
Justice's Two Cents: Zimmerman should be arrested, whether Trayvon was a thug or out there on the streets dealing drugs, Zimmerman killed someone, there SHOULD be a trial.
